Smartpac (SingPost), estimated 2 - 3 working days transit: S$4.00
Smartpac delivery is free with spending of S$100 and up!
*Because of possible issues with normal postage (where packages may get lost or be undelivered), we would recommend that you opt for registered post / SmartPac. We will not be responsible for any lost, undelivered or returned packages sent by normal post.
Contact us if you require urgent delivery and we will be happy to make arrangements for you. This will could cost slightly more depending on the urgency of the delivery.
We do not offer standard shipping for now. We only offer courier shipping for international deliveries.
Please note there may be delays in shipping due to events or circumstances out of our control. We are not responsible for these days.
We suggest you choose tracked delivery by courier for better assurance that your order will reach you safely. If you choose standard shipping (local post), please understand that the service and whether there is tracking will depend on your local service providers.
Malaysia and Brunei:

Rest of the World:

We will not be responsible for any custom taxes and duties which may be applicable.
Please ensure that you have entered your shipping details correctly as we will not be responsible for any delay or non-receipt of purchases due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed deliveries. If you need to make a change to your shipping details, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org on an urgent basis. However, we cannot guarantee that we can make changes to shipping details after your order has been placed.

Return & Exchange Policy
Return & Refunds:
Because of the nature of our products, we do not offer returns for refunds except for incorrect or defective products.
Please reach out to us as soon as possible at email@example.com if you have received a product with faults or if your product has been delivered incorrectly. We want you to love your purchase and will work with you to resolve any issues. We apologise for any inconvenience!
If you have purchased an incorrect size and wish to make an exchange, we will only accept items for exchange which are in original condition (ie. with tags, not worn and not washed). You will also need to arrange for the item to be sent to us.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges for sale items or items bought on sale.
We recommend that you send the item back to us through mail which can be tracked as we will not be responsible should the item not reach us.
To request an exchange, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 calendar days from receipt of the item. Your email should contain the following details:
Email Heading: REQUEST FOR EXCHANGE
Email Body: Please include your name, order number, name of item(s) to be returned and reason(s) why you are requesting the exchange (e.g. does not fit).
Wait for our confirmation of your requested exchange. Please do not proceed to send out any items to us until you have received our confirmation.
Please note that:
- We may not accept your exchange if the item(s) are not in original condition, or appear to us to be worn (except for trying), washed, without tags or labels, stained, without hygiene stickers, or otherwise unacceptable for exchange.
- We do not pay for your costs of postage for sending the item(s) back to us.
- We may not be able to offer an exchange if the item is out of stock. No refunds will be offered in lieu of exchange.
Sale Items Are Final:
Please note that products sold on sale, discount and/or through use of discount codes/vouchers are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are incorrectly delivered or defective.
